we also need to decide on WHEN we will hold this gathering.i believe the girl-guiders are having their guides camp on the 1st wk of the hols so the gathering will not be held then.we'll discuss this matter in school on mon.

if the final result is the safra chalet.we need a safra member to book the chalet.be prepared there will not be a chalet ready as the dec hols are very popular for ppl to book.in that case we'll probably hold the gathering at EAST COAST PARK like what alicia lim suggested.
